Coca-Cola bottle design progressed dramatically from 1899 to 1986. We go from something that might get lost on the shelves to that now ubiquitous shape. Represented in this image are bottles from 1899, 1900, 1915, 1916, 1957, and 1986. Pretty cool that the standard typography holds true over the course of several bottles. As the company grew and expanded its brand all around the world. Throughout the centuries, the bottle has developed its distinct curved shape, but it has also gotten a lot smaller. One thing that is not lost is the typography of the logo, which remains consistent over several bottles.
